| 寄付の支払方法 | クレジットカード決済・銀行振込 ※クレジットカードでのお支払いは、株式会社ROBOT PAYMENTおよびアナザーレーン株式会社の決済代行サービスを使用しています。クレジットカード決済には、チャージバッグや成りすましなどの不正利用を防ぐことができる3Dセキュア（SMSやメールによる本人確認）を導入しております。また、決済情報はインターネット上でやり取りされる情報を暗号化して送受信するSSL (Secure Sockets Layer)を導入して安全性を確保しております。 |
2個人情報の利用目的
当サイトは利用者の個人情報の保護を第一に考え運営しております。
当サイトの寄付申し込みフォームからお送り頂いた個人情報は、キッズドアのプライバシーポリシーに従い、寄付関連業務の遂行及びこれに関するご連絡、キッズドアからのお知らせのためにのみ利用させていただきます。
3退会手続
退会をご希望の方は、メール（kifu@kidsdoor.net）にてご連絡ください。
退会手続完了の翌月末をもって退会となります。
4取り消し不可
一度お申し込みになった寄付・会費は、その理由に関わらず取り消すことができません。
お申し込みの際には、よくお申し込み内容をご確認いただいた上でお手続きしていただけますよう、お願いいたします。
5クレジットカードの情報及びセキュリティーについて
クレジットカードの情報（カード番号）は、決済代行会社（株式会社ROBOT PAYMENTおよびアナザーレーン株式会社）のシステムを通じて管理されており、キッズドアが保持することはありません。
クレジットカード決済の際には、SMSやメールによる本人確認（3Dセキュア）を同時に行い、チャージバッグや成りすましなどの不正利用を防ぐことができます。
またデータの送信には「SSL (Secure Sockets Layer)」による暗号化通信技術を使用しています。入力された情報は送信される際に、このSSLによって暗号化されるため、第三者に個人情報が漏れることはございません。

| Donation Payment Process | Donations are accepted by credit card or bank transfer. ※Credit card payments are processed through the payment services provided by ROBOT PAYMENT INC. and Another Lane, Inc. To prevent fraudulent use such as chargebacks and identity theft, we have implemented 3D Secure (authentication via SMS or email) for credit card transactions. 2Personal Information Usage
This site is operated with the utmost care to protect the personal information of its users. Personal information sent from the donation application form on this site will be used only for the purpose of carrying out donation-related work, contacting you regarding such work, and notifications from Kids Door, in accordance with Kids Door’s Privacy Policy.
3Process for Withdrawal from Monthly Payment
If you wish to cancel your membership, please contact us by email at kifu@kidsdoor.net. Your membership will be cancelled at the end of the month following the completion of the withdrawal procedure.
4Payment Cancellation
Once a donation or membership fee has been paid, it cannot be cancelled regardless of the reason. Please check the details of your donation membership carefully before proceeding.
5Credit Card Information and Security
Credit card information (such as card numbers) is managed through the systems of our payment agents, ROBOT PAYMENT INC. and Another Lane, Inc., and is not retained by Kidsdoor.
When making a credit card payment, 3D Secure authentication (via SMS or email) is used to prevent fraudulent activities such as chargebacks and identity theft.
In addition, SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology is used for data transmission. Information entered is encrypted by SSL during transmission, ensuring that personal data is not disclosed to third parties.
